Is it possible to change the voting buttons to more than one choice in one reply.

Three buttons and you want to choose two but only reply once and not reply twice.

Hope this makes sense.

If you give us more information ww should be able to help.

What program are you using?
What Version?
Mabye a little more info on your problem?

There are lots of brilliant people on this forum and I found if I give them enough information someone always is able to solve my problems

WingandaPrayer,

No is it not possible to change the voting buttons. Voting buttons are designed to have only one reply per person. This means that if you reply to the same message twice; Outlook actually replaces your original vote with the new vote; hence erasing the first vote. You are NOT voting twice. This is also by design (and a nice feature).

If you really need to have more than one voting button, it would be necessary to send TWO seperate messages with voting buttons attached.

Hope this helps.
