Hi, I run my main machine with all my Outlook details on, such as email, appointments, diary enteries. The thing is i have my laptop networked to my machine too and it would be very useful to have exactly the same details on both machines. Is this possible in any way??

Hope someone can help me out

Hi, WJProctor

I do exactly that with Outlook 2002 on my main computer and 2000 on networked one. Periodically I export entire PST structure from 2002 to the PST file being used by 2000, where I have set up the same folder structure.

- Shut down outlook on networked computer
- Export PST & all subdirectories from host to .PST file being used by networked computer - do not create duplicates, do not export duplicates, include subfolders.
- Shut down outlook on host computer (it keeps the .PST being exported to open even after exporting is complete)
- Start up outlook on both computers.

I also use this to go the other way (to host) to keep both machines totally in sync.

This is for outlook, not OE. I haven't looked into the export capabilities there.

Other than that, see for other methods/utilities etc.
