Outlook Shared Calendar 1

Hi All,
I have a personal folder that is set up as a shared calendar. I have given those using it "Reviewer" permissions on my mailbox and then set individual permissions via properties on the calendar. I am the calendar "Owner", my secretary has "Editor" permissions and the rest of the staff have "Author" permissions. It's working perfectly for 12 users using OL 98 (8.5.5104.6) and 2 users with OL XP. One person using OL 2000 (9.0.0.2711) can see the folder and can right-click and drag an appointment to the folder but when he tries to display the calendar, he gets the message "Unable to display this folder." Our IT folks are scratching their heads. Anyone have any ideas? Exch. Ver 5.0.1458.47

Does the person having the problem get the same results if they open the calendar going through FILE - OPEN - OTHER USERS FOLDER? joegz

Yes, you get the same message if you try that.
