Outlook Shared Calendar Problem

I have a user who shares someonelse's outlook calendar. She can see the shared calendar just fine. The problem is that when she does print preview or print she only sees the reoccurences nothing else. What do you think the problem is? Listed below are things I tried so far.

1. Re-installed Outlook
2. Installed the patches
3. Moved mailbox to another server

Have you tried removing and then re-establishing the permissions?

Yes. I did removed permissions and added them back. Unfortnately, the problem still occurs.
