Outlook sends ouside email outlook express doesn't

jus reacently that happened to me.. i cant send any outgoing mail, from my server, to the internet if i use outlook express or any other smtp/pop3 client..

if i use outlook everything works fine..

Any ideas??

What is the NDR?

Outlook uses MAPI thus doesn't relay off the IMC. Dan
