Outlook sending autoresponders

I have a client whos web site I host, and some of the mail addresses are sending a autoresponder when the are sent an email. None of them have any autoresponder set up.
The message says "This is an autoresponder. I'll never see your message."
Any ideas?

What version of Outlook? Who hosts the mail server? This could be the mail server or it could be Outlook. You may want to ask the customers sending the autoresponder message if they have enabled Outlook's spam filtering options.

Found the problem. The client had set uo Exchange Server and had the email addresses wrong.
