Outlook sample applications- WHERE ARE THEY!!

Hello,

I've read about sample applications that apparently come chipped with outlook such as a helpdesk application, contact tracking, classified ads and Survey. Why can't I find these on my outlook, exchange or resource kit cd's and why does there seem to be no reference to them on the web - Or, the horrible alternative, am I just stupid?

Anyone have any idea?
