Outlook Rules

How can I edit a Outlook Rule OUTSIDE of the wizard? Is there a way I can get access to the code that has been generated when creating an Outlook Rule via the wizard?

You can find the rules in files with the extension .rwz, but I don't know of any editor that can be used. If anyone knows of such a thing, you will probably find it at
