I have a rule setup to autoforward mail to my hotmail account. I would like to add an exception to prevent emails with certain subject matter being sent. However, when I select the Except if the Subject contains specific words it does not seem possible to add for example, confidential and Private as individual words. Adding new rules does not work. Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks, Mike

Click the underlined "Specific Words" at the bottom of that page then enter any words you want (one at a time) then click add. They will show up in the rule with "or" between them.

Thanks for the reply but I cannot do this with Outlook'98 as it then thinks the words entered are one phrase and will look to stop email matching it. I have tried ; . * between words but it makes no difference.

Regards.
