Outlook repair

Hello,

One of my users is getting an error message whenever he uses any function of Office 2000. It says, please run the inbox repair tool, because of a error in the .pst file. (I'm paraphrasing)

Anyway, Help has nothing on this tool. I've tried running the office repair\reinstall from the disk and I get nothing corrected. Where is this tool?
