I have this problem on so far 3 of our XP machines:

When replying to an email, none of the buttons work. You can see them but nothing happens when you click on them. You have to minimize and maximize the windows to make them work. Sometimes twice. Somebody in upper-management is having this problem so I need to find a solution quick.

Thanks for any help.

Tried but didn't fix. I've also got them on the SP2 for Office. It's now happeneing on 4 different machines. 3 of them entirely different name brands.

I am able to reply to the message (right-click then reply). The window where you type your message contains the buttons that don't work. For example send, print, save, etc. All of these plus the others. Normally you can put your arrow over the buttons with clicking and they become highlighted. That dosn't work either. The problem is sporadic and I don't know how to recreate it. Thanks. Hope this makes sense.
