Outlook randomly printing my email

This is really bizarre and at first I thought I had probably done it myself and not known it but it has happened three times this week and I am quite confident that I am not doing it. Certain emails of mine are being printed. I am not printing them. Other people who use the printers are bringing them to me off the printer when they pick their stuff up. There seems to be no logic to which emails get printed. I checked all of my rules to make sure none of them specify to automatically print emails from certain senders or subjects, etc, and there is nothing. This is really annoying because I pretty much cannot send or receive any email that I am not willing to let anyone who uses the shared printer read. I'm confident that it's not something basic like my email window is active when I think another window is so the action I think I'm performing on the other window is actually being performed on my email window.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

By the way I'm using Outlook 2002 and Windows 2000 Professional SP4.

I am sorry I cant help with your problem but until you get an answer you could set the default printer on outlook to something else and only switch back when you want something really printed.

I tried that. Problem is, every now and again I need to print an email. So I have to print to the printer in question. Once I do that, it becomes my "default" printer until I restart Outlook.

Have you tried a add remove + "repair office"
