Outlook Question

Dont know if you can do this. Does anyone know if there is a way in vbscript where I can pass the name and call out to my global address list in outlook and obtain the email address from the list.

Example
1) I am passing the name John Smith from a outside application
2) I want this to go into outlook and find the name john smith email address.

Have a look at the Resolve method and be prepared to do a google search for Outlook Object Model Guard ...

I gave you a method to force outlook to have a look at the Address book, and then warned you about the side effects.
