Outlook problem

I have a small problem where a number of users Outlook 2002 clients are misreporting the number of unread emails in public folders, both on the status bar and on the shortcut bar.

They are all connecting to the same Exchange 2000 server, so no replication issues, no filters set anywhere...I'm stumped.

Any ideas out there?

i applied the rollup mentioned in the MS article and we are still having the same problem? Any other suggestions?
