Outlook Permissions

One of our users should have rights to view three users
inbox's but has rights to see their entire mailboxes, even
when we remove all permissions she can still see their
entire mailbox. User can view other users permissions tab
as if she is owner but she is not, any ideas?

Are there any permissions set under the default profile?

Look for this by right mouse clicking on the mailbox folder and select properties. Select the permissions tab. See if there are any permissions assigned to default. Default should be set to none.

Apart from that I can only think that permissions are applied at the exchange server to the mailbox. joegz
