Hi, folks.

I have a question that how can i delete folder names from organizer?
If we go to Organizer, there is a "create a rule" and it makes to select folder to move. the problem is here. if we ever made a folder or pointed a folder, the folder is listed under Ogranization. and sometime later, there are too many folders to select. I want to remove folder names under organization which I don't use anymore.

Where can i delete? i think there is a file....???
Please help! Thank you a million in advance.

Can't you just select the folder to delete from the folder list? Right-click it and select 'Delete "folder_name"'.

Then of course, you need to delete the rule that goes to that folder as well. Otherwise, you will receive a rule error.

Hope that helps!

Cannot delete the folder names. It seems even after deleting the folders, the names are still there.

Are you using Microsoft Outlook?

or... Lotus Organizer?
