I'm not sure if this a a specific question about Outlook 101, or it's an Exchange setting ...
But I need to be able to "sort by" Last name before and First name after in the box appearing AFTER you click on the TO while writing a email.
So ... You open Outlook, new message ... "TO" and in the global adress list, there are all sort by name, and last name by default ...
How can I change that plz ???
Any ways to change it for everyone at the same time ?
