Outlook or Exchange seting ?

Hi guyz,

I'm not sure if this a a specific question about Outlook 101, or it's an Exchange setting ...

But I need to be able to "sort by" Last name before and First name after in the box appearing AFTER you click on the TO while writing a email.

So ... You open Outlook, new message ... "TO" and in the global adress list, there are all sort by name, and last name by default ...

How can I change that plz ???
Any ways to change it for everyone at the same time ?

I don't REALLY remember, cause I haven't been on an exchange server for so long, but try it...

Go to Tools-Services. On one of the tabs there, check for addressing? There's a choice in there, I think.

Also check under Tools-Options, Preferences tab, Contact options button. There's a choice there too.

I'm thinking the first one does it, tho.

But this is true, for the contact only.
I need it for the Global adress list also ...

(And BTW that's weird, why did they dont aplly it to this alos...)

That's why i'm thinking ... Exchange ?
