Outlook Object Model 1

My company just switched over to Office XP, and I'm trying to automate some stuff in Outlook. There doesn't appear to be the ability to record macros, so I'm looking for the Object Model so I can figure out how to copy and paste emails from one folder to another.

Can someone direct me to some Outlook XP programming references?

Use the Object Browser in the VB Editor.

Use the Watch window to search for and discover objects and properties assovciated with an object.

I probably use the Watch Window as a tool for exploring Object properties 55% of the time, Help 40%, Object Browser 5%
