Outlook notification to pop3 address

For security reasons we want to send a notification (rather than forward/redirect the entire email) to offsite users pop3 address when they receive mail into their coporate email (Outlook client/Exchange server). When they receive the notification they can then login to our server to get their email (we use Citrix).

Is this possible to configure in Outlook?
