Hello,
I'm trying to create the ultimate organizational system using outlook and my palm pilot to keep track of all my customers contacts, e-mails, and documents:
How do I get my contacts to display the subfolders in an order that isn't alphabetical. This includes displaying them in an order that reflects the sales process.
For now I'm putting a number before the name of the folder to get a functional order.
