Outlook new mail refresh issues with Exhcange 2003

After migrating Exchnage 5.5 to Exchange 2003, we are experiencing an issue with new mail delivery refreshing in Outlook 2000/XP. If Outlook is open and positioned on the Inbox (or on an e-mail in the Inbox), new mail will never arrive. If you click off to a different folder, the new mail will then appear in the Inbox. Any one else ever see this? We have several if not all workstations doing this.

Yeah that does sound like the issue. I'm trying it now to see if that is indeed the case. I was thinking it was specific to Exchange 2003 so thats why I never found that article when I searchef the MS KB. Thanks!
