Outlook message

When replying or forwarding a message, my user recieves this message: Can not find this file make sure the path is correct. After we click ok the message goes with the attachment. I can't pull up anything on Microsofts knowledge base. Any ideas?

IS the user using a form to send mail?
What mail format are they using?

The user is using the default Outlook email form, I believe that they are using HTML as their mail format, but am not 100% sure. Do you think it is worth while to change it to plain text or something?

May be worth while(as a test) to change it. Also check to see if they have any rules applied...
