Outlook launches Viso!!!

Hi Guys

I have a user who when they open External e-mails from Outlook 2000. it tries to launch Visio 2000. is there a way I can change this ?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'external e-mails' (like saved to the desktop in .eml format maybe), but I suspect you have a file association problem. If this is a file on the desktop, hold the shift key & right click, select Open with... and check the box for 'always use this program....'

By external e-mails I'm reffering to non-coperate e-mails. like from hotmail etc.
