Need some help. Anyone have an idea what would cause outlook to give me this error? How can I fix it? it started to happen months ago when the tech upgraded outlook, he hasn't been able to fix it to this day.
Event 1000 can be pretty broad. We can use some more info, like O/S and the full error message. However, take a look at this link to see if it is your problem.
The PC runs XP pro, the version of outlook is 2003. This began to occur after an upgrade from outlook 2000 to 2003 that took place in April. The server is a Windows2000 and they are running Exchange2003. I believe the error message I posted was the only one that has come up. The application usually closes and needs to be restarted after the this event occurs which is quite often.
