Hello Everyone,

I have a pop3 client setup to leave a copy of the message on the server (exchange). I have the leave for XX amount of days UN-checked. Now the outlook client is trying to pull all 7,000 saved emails from the server into outlook (Office XP)and it is hanging. I already have these messages in my outlook client how can I stop this from trying to download these messages?
