Hi, it seems my Outlook Inbox is set to allow only to have the last five (5) days of mails, anything before that are automatically deleted. Please let me know where can I change this setting. Thank you very much!!!

Check your settings at Tools > Options > AutoArchive...

Carr,

Thanks for the quick reply! I've checked AutoArchive, but it's not checked from my setting. Is there any other way to correct my problems. Thanks again!

The LAN folk here limit our mailbox message que to 30 days. Believe it is done on the Exchange Server.

Yep...sounds like a server issue, but five days is a fairly short window. I know that you really can't configure Outlook - at the client level - to auto-delete. Rather, you've got to go through the purge process. However, if you're on a network, you can be subject to the protocols set by your admin.

Hi, I've checked with admin...and I was told that they didn't do anything to it...and maybe there were something from Rules Wizard. But, I also checked there, nothing found :( Any othere possibilities, guys? Thanks!
