Outlook -- Importing Mailing Groups from Outlook Express

Would anyone happen to know of a way to import mailing groups from outlook express to Outlook? Addresses come across fine during the import, but I'm baffled as to why the groups will not.

What versions of Outlook & OE? I just imported from OE6 to Outlook 2002 and my 'groups' correctly imported as 'distribution lists'. One additional thought - are you using 'Identities' in OE?
