For some unknown reason, Outlook is determining who I should and should not get mail from, and is placing things in my delted items folder rather than my inbox.

When I get junk mail, I currently right click on it and add it to the junk sender's list. If I do this for someone from juno.com, does this mean that all juno.com emails get rejected?

Also, I am member of several online groups. If there is a hot thread that lots of people post to, I can get 10 or 12 emails from this one "address" in a very short time. Outlook seems to think this is junk mail and it trashes it for me. Any idea how I can turn off this "feature"?

Any help on this is appreciated.

goto TOOLS > RULES WIZARD

you may have a rule set up for emails containing certian words or content to be moved to the deleted folder.
