Outlook Group By Area will not go away! 1

When reading e-mail, directly above the column headings and below the toolbar there is a little area that says "drag a column header here to group by that column," if I double click on it it opens the Group By section (you can get her by going to Views -> Current View -> Customize Current View -> Group By.

I understand what this little section is used for, but I'm trying to figure out how to remove it. Right clicking doesn't do anything, and I've searched and played around (checking and unchecking various options under various settings) but with no progess. Any idea on how to get rid of this? Thanks,

One way to get rid of it -- right click on the tool bar and add the "Advanced" tool bar, then turn off the "Group By" box.
