How do you create an email form in Outlook? This form will be emailed to users, users make selections and type in their comments and then send the filled out form back to me.

Go to "Tools" "Forms" "New Form" and you will find templets to work from, just alter the forms, add boxes etc. to get what you want. They will then have to be put on each computer or if you are using Microsoft Exchange Server, set up on the server in a public folder.

Hi,

PMJI.

Can you e-mail a form to users for them to complete and click on reply to send it back?

Will they only see the form if they are using Outlook 2000? What happens if they are using other e-mail software such as Outlook XP, 97 or perhaps non-MS products?

Regards,
Jay/UK

Jay: You should just make your own question instead of calling one up from almost a year ago.

Anyway...to my knowledge, if those people aren't on your exchange server, forget it.

See for the best Outlook info available. Anne Troy
