Is that "Windows Pocket POC 2003" the Operating system? Do you mean Windows CE Pocket PC 2003 ? ClearVue is an office viewer package, but not sure is would allow you to amend.
My Windows CE came with office and my smartphone came with outlook are you sure you don't have it?

It has messaging on it but not autlook .and sorry my typing is poor. It is Windows CE.
