I wonder if you guys can offer some advice. We are using exchange server for email and outlook 2002 as mail clients. The way it is set up at the moment is I could get a new computer and set up Outlook on it, by setting up a new exchange mail box with my name and the name of our exchange server. When the new computer has the account set up it will then contain all the emails I have stored in my inbox, however I had some emails stored in folders contained in my inbox how can I get these back? Do i need to make a new data file? Im a bit of a begginer at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your .pst file will contain everything you're after.

Locate it and you're set. Also the other files in the same folder will contain all of your original Outlook personalized setings.

If your .pst file is on the server, check locally for the personalized Outlook files.
