Does anyone know Where and as What, Outlook stores Email Folders and Address books.
Also if there is a diffrence per the OS (95,98/ME,XP,W2000, etc)

Yes there is a difference depending on the OS & depending on what version of Outlook & services installed. If Outlook is set up to use a .pst file, you can find the path by right-clicking on Outlook Today, Properties, Advanced button, Path field.
