I assume you have opened up the individual message you want to print before selecting print. If you have done so and it does not work, are you have the same problem printing other applications? The problem is probably not with Outlook Express but your computer printer set up. Go to Start, Settings, Printer and check the properties of your printer icon. If the icon is faded, delete the icon and reinstall. If your printer is not selected as the default printer so designate it.
