Outlook Express - Where is the Blocked Senders List Found

In Outlook Express6 - Where is the Blocked Senders List Found info found? I would like to export the blocked senders info to another PC. I have over a 100 spammers email domains in my list. And the message rules - another 100+ rules for spammers.
