Outlook Express Problem.

System hangs when I clip on OutLook express, and the only message I get is OutLook Express not responding. Internet Explorer works fine. I assume there is a problem with the OutLook Express software. My question is, how can I reload just the Out Look Express software without reloading all of the operating system? The operating system is XP Home.
Will greatly appreciate any advice.
