Running Windows XP home, with all updates. Cannot get toolbar to appear on Outlook Express. Neither right clicking on toolbar area, nor View and Layout will make toolbar appear. It lets me put the check mark in, but either apply or okay, it will not stay and toolbar never appears. Used the mouse on the toolbar area to see if it was 'hidden', and it is not. Figure it is something in the registry. Removed tons of spyware and adware with Adaware 6.0 and Spybot search and destroy.
