Outlook express domain management?

Hello

Is there any centralized way i can manage "Outlook express" in windows 2003 domain?
I want to manage message filters for 40 clients running windows xp

Not that I'm aware of. All of the GPOs I've seen deal with Outlook, not Outlook Express.
