Outlook express deleted folder

I permanently deleted a folder in Outlook Express 5.0, now I realise I need some emails in it. Anyone know how I can retrieve them?

Restoration , Freeware .
Restore files which are deleted from the recycle bin by mistake . Conversely , delete files
completely .
