Outlook Express Contacts

I would like to transfer my Personnel Address Book from MS Outlook to Outlook Express. I have the .pab file from MS Outlook, but how do I import to OE?

That is how I can export contacts from MS Outlook, but I would like to export my Personnel Address Book. I don't see a selection for it.

In Outlook try this-
Import and Export - export to a file -comma seperated values

Then using OE6 File - Import - Other Address Book - Text File(Comma Seperated Values)
