Outlook Express attachments automatically opening

One of my users has asked me about a problem he is having on his home PC. He says that when using Outlook Express, email attachments are automatically opening when he opens new mail.

Has anyone heard of this?

What kind of attachments? Images are automatically displayed because active scripting is enabled by default. joegz
