Hi All,
I have a laptop on a wireless network and would like to access my RoadRunner e-mail without having to use the Web Mail thing. Does anyone know how to configure OE or is there something else I must do? Any thoughts appreciated.

???

Your Roadrunner company should have explained that ot you when you signed up with them.

Im on roadrunner and they give you the settings.
YOU have to call thenm to get the settings for your POP3 server and your smtp-server.

I've had RoadRunner for years but put in a wireless router 2 weeks ago. I'll call them to get the settings, thaks for your reply.

Your router/wireless network should have no effect on the mail server settings for OE.

Maybe I'm not explaining this correctly. I have RoadRunner on my desktop and can access my e-mail through OE on the desktop. I added a wireless router to the desktop for the network. If I open OE on the laptop, there's no e-mail. shouldn't I be able to access e-mail from the laptop?

Have you put the correct mail server information into OE on the laptop? How are each of these computers connected to the internet? - both through the router like this?

|---------Laptop
Internet-----Router
|---------Desktop
