Outlook Express Address Book Loop?

Im on a Windows NT workstation and I currently have a hotmail account setup in Outlook Express (Version 6.00.2800.1123) and works fine apart from when you try to access the address book, then when the address book popup screen comes up it locks up and goes into a loop (ie keeps refreshing it self) and the majority of the time the only way you can close it is via the Task Manager.
FYI, I also use MS Outlook connected to a Exchange 5.5 server.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
