I downloaded and installed IE 5.01 (56-bit)and Outlook Express 5.01 on my PC running on Win95. However, the Outlook Express does not launch at all when I click on the shortcut, the exe file nor the Start--->Program method. There are no error messages. Only the "Sand-time" cursor displays as busy working and then nothing! Prior to this, I had downloaded and installed 128bit high encryption and I believe that this is causing the problem but am not sure. For your info, IE 5.01 works without any problem. Has anybody else experienced this and found a solution? I am not a very technical person...so, please, as plain a language as possible!! Thanks.
