Outlook amateur here -

I'm about to reinstall Win2K and then Office 2K. What files must I save to rebuild Outlook 2000 after the reinstall?

I want to be able save all my current emails (inbox, sent, drafts), contacts and email account-settings.

Regards everybody

OK - found the accounts-part of my problem. Saved as .iaf-files. But the rest?

Search your computer for *.pst. Most of the data in Outlook is stored in this file. Burn it to cd or copy to another hard drive. After reinstall, copy it over the new *.pst.
Don't for get to change the properties from read-only if you do burn it.
