Not too sure whether this is an Exchange or Outlook issue so apologies if in wrong bit.
We have a backend Exchange 2003 svr (also DMZ front end OWA 2003 svr) All clients are on XP sp1 + Office 2003. Users cannot retain any shortcuts they create from public folders. They will stay in their shortcut bar or their outlook today page but will dissappear when logging off. Have no replication on Public Folders. Cannot see anything obvious to try to fix. Any one help please.
