Outlook: domain user can't view incoming mail

Hi,

I have a domain user account that is not able to see any of the text of incoming mail sent to them. (The pane comes up blank). However, if they attempt to forward the message, the text now shows up in the forwarded message. Could this be a permissions issue? This happens even when they send mail to themselves.

Hi,

I have had a similar problem it turned out to be a missing font, worth checking!
 
I have a similar problem except that there is nothing in the lower view pane even after forwarding it.
I have ran repair on IE6; uninstalled Outlook Express and reinstalled it...all to no avail...I'm still looking for the cure other then reimaging the pc...

any other ideas?
