I was contacted about setting up a distribution list in Outlook but using contacts from the global address book. I am assuming that they are using an Exchange server due to the global address book. They say that they can't see the address book to get the contacts from. Is this true, or do they have to copy all of their contacts into their personal contacts removing the links?
If you could help I would be grateful - I do not have an exchange server running here so I can't play! Derren
