Outlook changed from Attachment to Embedded for some users.
All our users are able to send and receive attachments with Outlook 97.
Two users for reasons unknown now have any incoming emails with attachments being shown as embedded items.
If they forward these emails to me they appear as attachments to me.
If I turn Word as their email editor off, it shows as attachments. Other people using Word have no issue.
Is there some setting on these clients that may have been triggered and if so, how to change back to attachments?
